If there is a issue noted then you can rest assured its already being looked into and no support request is necessary unless you're still having issues after the announcement is marked as resolved.
2. Lodge a support request : You must always log the support request first here, even if its super urgent. Support ticket turn around during business hours is usually within the hour if not sooner.
Only clients on 'Biz' hosting plans have phone support, if you're on this plan please check your hosting signup email for support number or lodge a support request asking for a call back.
